How to Activate NPAV Using QR Code Through Dealer Portal App

This article provides a step-by-step guide for activating your NPAV key using a QR code. You can perform the activation through two methods:

1. Using NPAV Topup
2. Using Registration Wizard

1. Activating via NPAV Topup

Step 1: Open the NPAV Dashboard and click on Topup Validity.

Step 2: Enter the New Key Number in the provided field.

Step 3: Click on QR Code Activation.

Step 4: Open the Dealer Portal App and click on the QR Scan icon.

Step 5: Select the Topup button and click on Scan QR Code.

Step 6: After scanning the QR code, your information will be fetched automatically. Click on the Online button.

Step 7: You will receive an Unlock Code

Step 8: Enter the Unlock Code manually and click on the OK button.

Step 9: A success message will confirm that your antivirus has been activated with the New Key.

2. Activating via Registration Wizard

Step 1: Open the NPAV Dashboard and click on Topup Validity.

Step 2: Click on the Reset Unlock Code button and confirm by clicking Yes.

Step 3: Open NPAV application and click on the Register and Activate button.

Step 4: Enter the New Key Number and click on Next.

Step 5: Fill in your contact details, such as Email ID and Mobile Number, then click on Next.

• After clicking Next, the Activation Window will open.

Step 6: Click on the SMS icon and then click on the QR Code option.

Step 7: Open the Dealer Portal App and click on the QR Scan icon.

Step 8: Select the Registration Wizard button and click on Scan QR Code.

Step 9: After scanning the QR code, your information will be fetched automatically. Click on the Online button.

Step 10: You will receive an Unlock Code.

Step 11: Enter the Unlock Code manually and click on Next.

Step 12: A success message will confirm that your antivirus has been activated successfully.
